General Russian Group online course
About
Our groups usually consist of 2-4 people of the same level of Russian. Learning in a group is a great way to connect with other Russian learners around the world. Also, it’s a unique option for learners, who may not feel ready for one-on-one dialogue.
Our group courses are held in small groups, so everyone can practice a lot in class. Our teachers use efficient learning materials, including Zlatoust Publishing House textbooks, and additional materials, like authentic videos and articles, PowerPoint presentations and etc. In every lesson, students firstly review the material they’ve learned in the previous class, and then move on to a new topic with lots of conversational practice along with some grammar and vocabulary exercises. There is some homework to do after each class, so the students receive enough exercises to master the language skills.
Every group has its own WhatsApp chat room, where they can ask their teacher questions, share ideas and new experiences in the language learning.
We record every group's session and save it in a private Google Drive, together with other course materials, so the students have access to everything they’ve learned even when the course is over.
Lesson times:
Group lessons take place twice a week, 60 minutes each, on Zoom. The exact schedule for each group is decided, when the group is formed.
We ask the participants about their availability and
set a schedule that suits everyone.
