Why I love RFL

I believe that an individual approach to each student and client is one of the most important principles in the work of a psychologist and teacher. I enjoy not just teaching but guiding my students, focusing on their individual characteristics and motivating them. Feeling my students' and clients' trust, seeing their results, and sharing the joy of success with them is the most valuable thing for me in my work. However, I want to note right away: when working with schoolchildren and adults as a teacher, I am quite demanding.

I love my work very much, but I also have other interests: I love dancing, studying languages and cultures, traveling, relaxing in nature, reading, listening to music, cycling, and I love animals.

Why I love RFL

It's a hobby that ultimately became my main profession: it's fascinating to look at your native language from a foreigner's point of view, to share not only vocabulary and grammar but also culture. The energy flows are amazing: if a student is interested and sincerely, actively engaged, after a lesson you feel not fatigue but drive!

The most important thing is to see the results of your work, the progress of students, to witness with your own eyes how after a couple of lessons students can already build the simplest sentences and begin to communicate in Russian. I also consider it important to break down the psychological barrier — making mistakes is okay! The main thing is to convey your thought using all available means.

That's why I work with pleasure even from vacation on the seashore.
